Senior Saints

Mikado's heritage is rich and full. Our church has served our community nearly 100 years, and we are grateful for the men and women that make up our Senior Saints department. We seek to honor them for their faithfulness and godly example to us.

The Senior Saints of Mikado Baptist Church are a vibrant group of people age 50+ who contribute much to the life of our church. Each month the Glowing Years Program (GYP) offers a covered-dish fellowship typically on the second Monday of the month. This is a wonderful time of fellowship as friendships are maintained and begun. This active group also travels throughout Georgia on day trips about once a month. Camping and outing activities are planned throughout the year as well.
