SWORD Staff
Peter & Natalie Grant The Lord brought Pastor Pete to Mikado in February of 2002. Since that time he has served as the Student Pastor ministering to the children and teenagers of the church. SWORD started when Pastor Pete came and his philosophy of youth ministry is wrapped up in what SWORD stands for (see Discover SWORD). His passion has always been to see teens give their lives to Christ's control and allow Him to direct their every step. Some of the highlights of his ministry here at Mikado have been seeing teens saved and baptised, young
 people surrender their lives for full time Christian service, co-laboring with teens on seven mission trips (South Dakota, Dominica, Cananda, Mexico, Blairsville, GA and Brazil), helping teens use their testimony to win souls for Jesus on Outreach Atlanta, teen soul-winning, Vacation Bible School, and mission trips, and the joy it has been to see teen lives changed for the glory of God. His wonderful wife, Natalie, has shared in his vision and passion since June of 2002.Natalie has been with SWORD since June of 2002. She grew up in a pastor's home and has known the ministry from an early age. She is a tremendous blessing to the youth ministry at Mikado as she dedicates her time, love and passion for "her teen girls." Natalie has been a wonderful support to her husband and a great team player to the staff. Peter and Natalie have a precious baby girl who was born on May 2, 2009. Her name is Bailee Madison and she is an Ohio State Buckeye fan (just ask her daddy).
